Rules & Requirements
In order to apply for hosting at Sectumsempra, the following is required:
HTML/CSS knowledge
Graphic examples
FTP & cPanel knowledge
If you apply for hosting, I am assuming that you know how to use FTP and cPanel. Unforunately, I do not have the time and patience to teach you.
If you have been accepted as my hostee, the following rules are a must.

No porn or illegal stuff
Do not use webspace as storage
No use of scripts such as CuteNews, GreyMatter, Waks Ask & Answer, and PHPFanBase
Website must be updated at least twice a month
Do not give your password or cPanel access to others
No profit can be made from website
Failure to comply with these rules can result in the termination of your account.
